We hear self-love and self-care being talked about all the time. They have become the new buzz words. Often times, they are associated with things such as taking baths, getting massages, pampering yourself, etc. Yes, those are different ways we can love and take care of ourselves. I love baths and massages! However, self-love is so much more than that.

Self-love is the BEST LOVE! In this podcast episode, I go over 4 ways we can cultivate deep self love. It’s a consistent practice and the more you focus on self-love, everything else will fall into place.

When you do the inner work and truly love and accept yourself, you are able to “Say No” to the people, things, situations that don’t serve you.

You feel empowered when you “Set Boundaries” and protect your energy.

You find the strength to “Let Go” of all attachments, labels, expectations, etc. that aren’t what is best for your highest and greatest good.

Lastly, when you cultivate deep self-love, you are “Not Afraid to be Alone”. You know that you don’t need to settle. You understand that YOU are your own best friend, savior, lover, confidante, mother, father and more... that everyone else that is in your life is a beautiful addition that compliments you and brings you joy.
