In this episode, I share how practicing yoga has been very helpful in reconnecting me back into my body and healing sexual abuse trauma. Yoga is as much a mental and spiritual experience as it is a physical practice. It has taught me to truly feel my body, tune into it, appreciate it, respect it and be one with it. It is an act of self-love. Tune into this episode as I share my personal experience with the healing powers of practicing yoga and how it's helped me.
