In this episode I talk about my own experience with meditation and how it has changed my life. It has helped me heal my Inner Child/Past Self and continues to be my greatest tool to continue healing and growing as a spiritual being having a human experience. It has expanded my awareness, consciously and lead me into my spiritual journey. I talk about my own experience with meditation and give tips on how we can incorporate it into our daily lives. I share tips for mindfulness and being in the present moment. Like many things we need to learn in life, we need to practice. It’s all about the practice.
